I said that I am ready I have a crowbar, pump shottie, and a health kit with pills. (I can make a molotov on my way, and I spend hours in the simulator L4d2. She played to via x-box and had spent some good times on it. We talked about it for a while then I got in my car and started to drive home. After I got to the light I thought it was funny how much she looked like Rochel one of the characters in the new l4d2. I turned right on thorough the grove and noticed that it was very dark
no street lights no house lights nothing. No other cars either I mean its 5 am so not surprising right? I get to the next stop sign on elm and its not even on...like not even blinking just black...this is where th music in my head goes: bum bum bummmmmmm!!
up ahead there is a fire stuck on teh curb with its emergency lights on.
No firemen on around or near it though.
I continue to drive and one car is coming my way but goes to the side of the road when I approach the next signal is blinking but a guy runs right through it before I get therewith out stopping or slowing down. I stop make sure no one else is coming and then continue still no house lights or street lights. I pull in to my house and the garage door won't work b'c it is electric. so I figure I just got separated from the other survivor I know and I have no weapons no pills, and I have to go into a dark house to get to my room which has some melle weapons and health kit/pills. I get a flash light and some candles (while listening fro a growling noise)
and wake up first one then the other parent to let them know that the power is out and calmly sit down with a candle and flashlight to read a book (with katana next to me in the room) and wait a few minutes until they are up and moving and I can lock teh door to my room while having survivors on the outside to warn me. OH an to top it all off my dog woke up as I was doing through the house and made a groaning noise but at least it wasn't crying. Did not sleep soon after that either lol.
so what have you done to prepare today?
